Information you give us. When you book a call, fill out a form, or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, work email, company, role, phone number (if given), and any answers or messages you send.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We do not use analytics on the Site.

Business contact information from other sources. BoundOps helps companies run outbound sales. In running our own outreach, we may obtain business contact information (name, job title, company, work email, work phone number, and publicly available professional profile information) from commercial data providers and public sources such as company websites and professional networks. We use this only to contact people about services that may be relevant to their business role.

Categories of information. In the past 12 months we may have collected: identifiers (name, email address, phone number, IP address); professional information (job title, employer); internet activity (pages viewed on the Site); and the contents of communications you send us. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control how they operate their services.

We do not use advertising cookies. Third-party embeds on the Site, such as the Calendly scheduler, may set their own cookies or similar technologies when loaded. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some embedded features may not work if you do. The Site does not track you across other websites, and we do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not engage in that kind of tracking.

Our outreach emails may include open and click tracking. Every outreach email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly and no later than 10 business days. We keep an internal do-not-contact list and will not contact you again after you opt out. We may record calls where permitted by law. We tell you at the start of the call and record only with your consent.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Prospect and inquiry records are kept until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them, whichever comes first.
